Episode show notes...

What do you do when nothing goes your way? How does your mindset develop?

Just recently, there was a sudden death in our family, it was a devastating experience for us. But a lot of people relied on me, I was their rock.

So I did what I had to do, step up and endure.

Mental toughness and emotional intelligence are what separates leaders from great leaders. It starts with an awareness--I was able to recognize my own emotional state and what was causing it, realizing that helped me recognize others’ emotional state easier. I was able to see things from their perspective.

The journey is not easy. This emotional shift did not come overnight, it will take experience and bravery to get to a state where you have control over your emotions, and the sense to make the right decisions.

Choosing to always get back up through rough times, no matter what, takes strength. It’s focusing on expanding your capacity to endure--to be mentally tough to face challenges life will give. This is the sign of a great leader.

This mindset of focus and awareness can help you engage with people in a way that draws them to you in respect, making relating, building relationships, and overall, being an effective entrepreneur, so much easier. Either you control your emotions or your emotions control you. You have to come out on top.

Life is tough but you can be tougher---that’s why it’s important to remember the value of having a strong, and focused mindset, this is what we’ll be talking about in this podcast episode.

Join us and learn about the five bulletproof steps that I’ve learned in my own journey to become mentally tough. Let’s dig in!

In this episode you will learn...

  • The importance of making tough choices in your life and how they will make your life easier in the future
  • How you can respond better: taking a step back and evaluating your decisions---and emotions better
  • Why understanding others’ perspective is important in building successful relationships

Quotes:

-> "Mental toughness comes from getting through tough times and expanding your capacity"

-> "Eighty percent of success is EMOTIONAL STRENGTH"

-> "Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results"

Question:

WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU’VE DISCOVERED WHEN YOU SHIFTED YOUR PERSPECTIVE?

Episode show notes...

What is the difference between you and people that have mastered their crafts?

There is this story that I will never forget. I was watching David Blaine, the magician. He does the most insane stunts ever. Everytime I watched him perform, I felt like there’s no way I could do any of that stuff. Then they asked him in an interview, “what's your biggest fear?” This guy has been underwater, he's narrowly escaped death about five times, and he has swallowed gasoline. Then, David Blaine says “my biggest fear is public speaking.

I could never get in front of 500 people and speak.” At the time, I had just spoken in front of 3000 people in Dubai. Then, it occured to me: he's just like me, but he has a different fear. I would never want to do those things that he does..

In today’s society, it seems normal to put other people on pedestals and think we can’t achieve the same level of success. The truth is, you can. And it’s about recognizing your unique gift you want to serve the world. What makes someone successful is the amount of time they have put into mastering their craft.

If you can put that much time into it, people will see you the same way. You see skateboarding videos of people crushing it but you don't see the hundreds of hours where they failed at a trick and maybe even broke their ankles. You just see the amazing video, right? It’s the same thing with entrepreneurship - when you're grinding, having early nights, late mornings, and putting in thousands of hours, then you put a video up, and people go: “Oh my gosh, that person is amazing and you look like an overnight success!!”. The reality is, you know how much time you put in.

The secret to mastering your craft is putting in time; but what exactly should you spend that time doing?

Let’s find out!

In this episode you will learn...

  • Practical steps to become a master of your craft
  • How to deal with haters
  • How to achieve success like celebrities you adore

Quotes:

-> “You should not put anyone on a pedestal, even the celebrities; because they've only put in more time. You put in the same time, you'll be at the same spot, maybe even more.”

-> “So many people these days are just multi focused, learning 100 things at once, nothing sticking and not making money. Do one till you make money, master it and keep doing.”

-> "Once I focused on one thing until it was completed, the game changed"

Question:

WHAT DOES YOUR NEXT LEVEL LOOK LIKE? WHAT IS THE MOST EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET TO THAT NEXT LEVEL?

Episode show notes...

Are you currently struggling with overwhelm and stress in your life and business?
Let me share with you more about my story.

In 2008 and 2009, I went through the biggest transition and frustration in my life where where I pissed away all my savings and was dead broke. I was taking too many opinions, was frustrated, and insecure with my current results. Fast forward to 2011, when I finally got a mentor and understood the power of your circle of influence, I started seeing success.

With a bigger vision and bigger success comes a higher level of problems and expectations. Scaling out your business and building a bigger team, requires more responsibility - and for me, with that came more stress.

If you don't have the right guidance, mentorship, perspective and understanding of what success really is, you'll still experience the same old problems of stress and frustration.

Now, what's important to recognise is that stress is actually a good thing - it's part of greatness. All great achievers like speakers, authors, actors and athletes will be overwhelmed, but it's how you deal with it now you respond that determines what happens next.

Whether you run a hundred dollar company or a million dollar company, overwhelm is a real threat to your clarity and sense of focus. You need to deal with it.
It's important to continue to progress, become more successful through delegation, leverage and these activities that I'm going to be sharing on today's podcast episode.

Want to know how? Join me on and learn about the 3 key activities to increase your clarity. Let's dig in!

In this episode you will learn...

  • How to Identify specific causes of overwhelm in your business
  • Why you should track your progress over 60 to 90-day intervals
  • The best way to build meaningful relationships and avoiding draining ones

Quotes

-> "Your job is to spend energy on the best things that you have committed to"

-> "If someone can do something 80% as good as you, it’s time to -delegate"

-> "How do you add value to the marketplace and stay ahead of the competition?"

Question

WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST TAKEAWAY TO CLEARING YOUR MIND SO YOU CAN FOCUS ON WHAT'S IMPORTANT?

May 9, 2019

Episode show notes...

Do you know why 99% of entrepreneurs aren’t making money?

I have met a lot of people who have a million dollar dream, want to make it big, crush it, and break records but guess what? They lack EXECUTION. They may have wild ambition but their bank account certainly doesn’t reflect it.

Here is the reality; anybody can write, think, and plan but only a few can execute and that’s the difference between success and failure. If anybody can do what you do or break your record, then it has no value. If your dreams don’t challenge you, it is time to go back to the status quo. Don’t be the person who speaks and thinks without execution; let your actions do all the talking. Stay mysterious and never reveal too much.

If you must succeed in the next phase of your of your life and create value to become relevant, then you will have to change your cycle of friends, habits, and read good books.

Develop a habit of implementation and stay focused on materializing your dreams. The marketplace only rewards the values you present and nothing more. Do things
that are uncommon because the sweetest revenge is achieving massive success and CREATING an empire.

If you’re ready to turn your ambition to real results, join us on this week’s episode and start executing today!

In this episode you will learn...

  • Why planning is not enough and execution is key
  • How to create real value through strategic action
  • How to get inspired to take the right actions and decisions
  • How to go from zero to six figures in six months

Quotes

-> “Let your lifestyle, let your results, let your actions speak for you not your words. Stay mysterious, don’t reveal too much”

-> “The marketplace doesn’t care about your problems or wants, it only cares about the value that you bring to it”

-> “Value comes when you do things that are hard to do”

Question

WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT TO YOUR VISION THAT YOU NEED TO EXECUTE ON RIGHT NOW?

May 2, 2019

Episode show notes:

The biggest problem I’ve seen stopping entrepreneurs from achieving massive success is not lack of information but being overwhelmed by the amount of noise consuming our minds.

There is so much information online about how to build business so you must be intentional with what you learn and apply in your own life.

I truly believe after being in the entrepreneurship game for over 12 years, it’s my duty to share my experience so you don’t make the same mistakes that I did.

In this week’s podcast, I’m going to share why gaining clarity on what you want is the real game changer to getting results. It’s not even about personal growth anymore, it’s about knowing yourself.

So how exactly did I gain clarity?

I made a simple 1-page plan. This helped me get all the noise out of my head and have clarity on an exact action plan to move my life and business forward strategically.

Now, once you’ve gained clarity on who you are, figure out what skills you have - then double down on it and become a master at it. Only pay attention to information that is relevant to your journey. Remember, not everything is for you.

Next, gather momentum to keep moving by doing these next 3 things:
1. Know what your ideal outcome for the next 6 months is
2. Be sure of what your values are
3. Figure out the reasons why you became an entrepreneur in the first place

No matter how much you love what you do, there are days when you’ll wake up in the morning and not feel motivated. The above three things will keep you on your toes and keep you going till you achieve success.

As we’re slowly approaching the halfway point of 2019, it’s crucial to re-evaluate your progress. If you’re currently feeling a little lost, need a clearer direction, or simply want to level up your results, tune in to this episode!

The best time to have listened to this podcast is 6 months ago. The second best time is now! So, let’s dig in.

In this episode you will learn...

  • Why gaining clarity is the real game changer to levelling up your results
  • The 3 most important things to gather momentum in life and business
  • How to get your values right
  • The key to staying focused and committed to your goals

Quotes:

-> "If you live incongruent to your values, you’ll always be stressed out"

-> "If you build a $100m dollar business but you don’t have a lifestyle you’re proud of, you did it all wrong"

-> "Get addicted to outcomes and results, not information and knowledge"

Question:

WHY IS GAINING CLARITY ON WHO YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU?
